Yes, and it is what we recommend. Passed canapes keep guests circulating and keep the room photographable, which a buffet queue does not.
We plan eight to twelve passed pieces per guest over a two-hour event, plus one live station. If the event runs past three hours we add a substantial bite so guests are not leaving hungry.
Counter skirting and glassware can be matched to your brand colours, and branded elements you supply can be mounted on the counters. Tell us a week ahead so the setup is planned around them.
